The stock Nytro MTX does not come with a pivoting riser block, so the amount of adjustment is limited. We wanted to rotate the riser forward and back to find the ideal riding position, so a mod was in order.

Polaris specs that the water pump belt should be changed every 1500 miles. On most chassis this is easy to do in an hour. The exception is the Pro X models.

Reeds are a one-way valve located downstream from your carbs, mounted between the crankcase and cylinders. The motor pulls the air/fuel mixture from the carbs, through the reeds and into the case.

For the past 15 years or so most sled manufacturers had reverse available for sleds. While some of the more deluxe or touring models came with reverse others required it to be added later as an option later.

Here are a couple of pictures of my Formula SLS. It is stock except for filters, clutching, jets, and suspension height. The sled runs 500 feet in 6.6 seconds @ 80 mph.
